| Public Notice of 2025 The awardees list of the 17th batch of "Hong Kong-Guangdong Cleaner Production Partners" comprises a total of 165 enterprises, including 34 enterprises for “Hong Kong – Guangdong Cleaner Production Partners Excellent (Manufacturing)” Commendation, 112 enterprises for “Hong Kong – Guangdong Cleaner Production Partners (Manufacturing)” Commendation, 3 enterprises for “Hong Kong – Guangdong Cleaner Production Partners (Manufacturing)” Commendation, and 16 enterprises for “Hong Kong – Guangdong Cleaner Production Partners (Technology Service)” Commendation. | Premium Discount on Green Export Credit Insurance The 'Hong Kong-Guangdong Cleaner Production Partners Recognition Scheme' (the Scheme) has been well received by the industry. In addition to the original benefits, successful applicants can now be considered by the Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Corporation (HKECIC) to offer premium discount on export credit insurance. The HKECIC has recently launched green export credit insurance, which offers premium discount on export credit insurance to its policyholders which held relevant green certification so as to encourage and support exporters to develop green export trade. Enterprises that have been awarded with the 'Guangdong-Hong Kong Cleaner Production Partner (Manufacturing)' or 'Guangdong-Hong Kong Cleaner Production Partner Excellent (Manufacturing)' commendation under the Scheme are now eligible for this certification. | New Phase of Cleaner Production Partnership Programme supports on solid waste reduction The Programme starts to provide technical support on solid waste reduction technologies from June 2023. These solid waste reduction funding projects shall be limited to solid waste generated by factory’s own industrial processes but not from other sources. |
