For on-site improvement assessment and demonstration projects, they must be carried out by the following two categories of ET service providers which have successful registered under the programme:

Category (I): a consultant to conduct on-site improvement assessment projects or to provide consulting services for implementation of demonstration projects, or
Category (II): an engineering firm to implement demonstration projects.
