Project Management Committee
The Project Management Committee (PMC) is set up to oversee the implementation of the Programme.
PMC is Chaired by the Director of Environmental Protection (EPD) of the HKSAR Government and comprises one representatives from the Trade and Industry Department, the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC), the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI), the Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong (CMA), and the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce (CGCC); one independent member in personal capacity from either the academia or a local professional institution; and one representative from Innovation Technology Commission as a co-opt member.
HKPC provides secretariat service to PMC.
